I'm missing legendary marks. Who do I contact about this issue?

Same here I currently have 20 legendary marks I did the daily twice still no marks, this is the first time with the daily. Sometimes I receive legendary marks much later than when I supposed to when dismantling legendary weapons and equipment.

Usually, if that happens, it's with the daily Crucible, in which case after doing it a second time the marks are received(Bungie, can you say, "glitchy?"), so I thought it might work like that when I don't receive my marks for the Daily Heroic, but no. Still no marks.>:-[
