I got some medal where I won the game in the last like 5 seconds while we were losing or something.
Edit : clutch win a match after trailing with 2 seconds left.

Actually just checked triplewreck's main character (only well renowned pvper I can think of) and he only has 3 of them lol. So probably pretty rare. Haha
