I have a few missing from the known issues list (timekeeper, thieves den, widows court, and lighthouse) but I have one more missing that isn't on the list. I've beaten Omnigul tons of times, and even more so lately to get a grasp of Malok with a good roll but her card has yet to unlock for me.

It is mentioned in the catch all about some DLC 1 & DLC 2 cards not unlocking, including mission and enemy cards. Omnigul is an enemy introduced in The Dark Below (DLC 1).
