I don't understand why they don't add world bosses that require different light lvl to kill. Finish HM and get to 315 light, now you can form groups and kill this world boss....with that gear get to 325, here's another one with different rewards. Hell, it could be cosmetic stuff and it would be better than having nothing to do.
