Hey all, hopefully a helpful 'heads up' to those Guardians out there (like me!) who are perpetually stuck on virtually zero weapon parts - you can actually get them for Glimmer! But how? I hear you cry - Well my friends, it's easy - just buy any Exotic weapon you already unlocked! Cost = 2,500 Glimmer and a Shard, but you get the shard back, along with a few weapon parts as well, when you dismantle it. Caveat - the exchange rate is pretty lousy, costing 2,500 for just 3 or 4 Weapon Parts, but for those situations where you are just a few short of getting that last upgrade you want/need, then it could be a God send (I.e. just before a Raid run or a Trials match etc) and for when you just can't face another hour of grinding the Court to get the last few you need :) And hey, what else are we going to spend Glimmer on anyway? ;) So there we go, it's expensive, and less than ideal, but it IS possible to buy Weapon Parts for Glimmer.
