I'm not trying to brag or anything, but I can bench 70 pounds. That's like almost half of my weight. Damn I'm good.

Edited by Stickman Al: 11/6/2015 6:37:53 PMBench stuck at 85kg. That's about 185 pounds I think. Deadlift 150kg, about 330 pounds. Squat 100 kg, 220 pounds. Need to train chest twice a week but can't find time between parenting and working :(
