Skull Girls
Man, I just bearly upgraded from my PS3 to a PS4 last week, and bought 2nd Encore, and that game is fun as hell, I love it. Love the character design, and the music is great.

It's such a fantastic game, I hope Lab Zero has plans for expanding it or making another fighter. Man, I seriously need to get back into fighting games. Do you play with a stick by chance?
Man, I seriously need to get back into fighting games. Do you play with a stick by chance?
I have one of these, was able to get one before it being really expensive now, but I usually use fights pads at home, like the hori fighting commander 4. Since sticks are pretty uncomfortable for playing long periods of time.

Hmm ok. I was looking to pick up either a pad or a stick soon but I wasn't sure exactly what to get. Would you have any recommendations for either one?

It's just a matter of preference, some people prefer stick, others pad. I prefer stick, since I like that "authentic" feel to it but I hate being restricted on how I sit, compared to a controller/pad. But I also do well with pad. If you are looking for advice on stick I'd recommend watching the video I posted, with Gootecks explaining the basics of using a stick, since there is a specific way to hold the stick and not damage your fingers or stick. A good way to learn using a fight stick without actually buying one is to do what I did, buy a pad and hold it painter style. Hold the controller with your left hand, and press the buttons like you would on a stick with your right hand. Games like Blazblue and Guilty Gear are perfect for this method, since they don't require all eight face buttons.

Nice! I'll have to check this out when I'm not at work. Thanks!
