All snakes have feet, just that they've somehow disliked them and they were put INSIDE THE SNAKE they weren't used. The Bible (ooh a scary topic) actually answered this by saying that the snakes punishment for giving the apple to eve was that he lost his legs and so did his race. So yeah garden of Eden 120 million years ago.

So you claim that humans existed 120 million years ago?
-
That's the bible claim not mine
-
Cool quote me the 120 million year part.
-
But hey eukaryotic cells lived 2.7 billion years ago so it could be possible but likely not
-
The oldest known human fossil is only about 2.3 million years old.
-
But the cells of what make us are older than us.
-
Our cells aren't older than us. The first cells are, yes. But that's irrelevant to saying that humans were around when snakes had legs.
-
The cells that make us are classed as eukaryotes which mean they have a nucleus and many other differences than the other cells they evolved from. They evolved 2.7 billion years ago to what they are now from the other cells. That means that animals could now grow to multicellular beings because the only cell type back then over 2.7 billion years were single cell beings.
