I use Shoot to Loot often. I had a common Scout Rifle with it in Year 1 that I always kept on hand. Later on, the Vanguard sold a sniper rifle with it. I always had those with me. However, the sniper rifles wasn't that good, so it was a bit of a hinderance. Having it on a good sniper rifle is amazing for me. It is very helpful when you are pinned in one area and are killing stuff across the room, but you start running out of ammo. Just a couple of snipes and you can refill without leaving your location.
