Shotguns should require all pellets to hit the head
Snipers should require 2 headshots or 3 body shots

I disagree. The closer you are the fewer pellets should need to hit. Snipers should always 1 hit to the head. Maybe they should take 3 body shots. Maybe. But I think both these weapons are fine where they are.

"Unfair"? Do you not understand what a headshot is? It's where you get your head blown off. Every fps ever has had one shot headshot. You can't play without a head. So basically you want scout rifles in the special slot?
