Buff this nerf that... WE NEED TRANSMOG ALREADY!

Ok since we can't wear or use our year 1 stuff effectively in the new endgame. We need a way to sacrifice gear/guns to take the aesthetics of a newer legendary.
Here's a good idea.
Etheric light! We can use 1 etheric light to TRANSMOG any blue or legendary to replace the look of a TTK legendary. Legendaries must be the base.
