Just a PSA: Eireen and 1000 yard stare have the exact same impact. The impact stat on the Eireen is glitched
Also, Eireen has bad aim assist, which is generally bad for PvP, but less of an issue for PvE.
I've got an awesome Eireen on my warlock, with triple tap, unflinching, and max stability.
