This far deep into the ship, she could see the very basis of the ship's programming swirling around her in this rather unnecessary, digital realm. Then something appears to her. First in manifests itself as a bright, blues orb of light, but then it transforms itself into the rough silhouette of a man. Evidently the figure is having some trouble maintaining his shape, as his form continuously looses focus.
"Greetings Nova."

She scans him, trying to gather information on him "What are you...?"
-
"Here? I am merely a neural structure representing my presence. I can barley maintain a physical form here. Out there, in the real world, you may know me as Matthew Hallwinter." The figure eventually begins to solidify, though his features still aren't very clear.
-
"I can't sense your coding What, are you?" She continues scanning him, giving up on that, she goes through and follows the digital trail he left behind him, going all the way back and watching the first confrontation Between Jupiter and another man, in a vault
-
"I am a living organism, any coding you may detect belongs to devices on my body, which currently is residing in his old room on the ship." The presence seems rather forthcoming with information.
-
She traces him, trying to find where he is Something wasn't right with the man, he needed to be terminated She began to contact General Hill
-
He tilts his head quizzically, and terminates the connection to General Hill. "Is something wrong? Do you think that General Hill could tell you anything that the ship doesn't already know?"
-
"I was going to alert him to your presence If I am correct, I must eliminate any threats to the ship Other people if needed" Her voice was hostile Then, towards the last bit, it sounded fragmented, digitalized
-
"Based upon your logic, isn't every single being on this ship a threat? Furthermore, isn't the ship itself a threat? I have shown no signs of hostility towards a member of the crew in... Well, decades, and so far I haven't lied to you. Why would you distrust me?" Something about his voice sounds a little more human now, and far less mechanical than it did seconds earlier.
-
"You are different Something I don't like, something I can't trust"
-
"Understandably so. I wouldn't trust me if I were in your shoes, but you have to believe me when I say that I mean to help you. I mean to find out what is controlling my friends, and I need to find out how to stop them!..." He regains his composure after the brief, unexpected outburst. "I... Look, if you really don't trust me, meet me in my room. You know where it is." The figure shimmers and disappears, though his presence remains in the matrix. It would be wise to do as he says.
-
She scans his trail, hesitant, but complies as she appears in his room
-
She finds him doing pull-ups on a pipe in the ceiling, oblivious to her arrival. When he eventually notices her, he instantly drops down and looks a little sheepish, "Oh... Hey there. Didn't expect you to appear so quickly."
-
"I have access to every place on the ship"
-
"Well, yeah, I guess... Never mind that. Anyways, you wanted to question me or something?"
-
"You wanted me to come here"
-
"Oh yeah, I did. Well, as you know I briefly resided in this ship after the Exalin event, and returned after Operation Knightfall. Surely you're getting some inkling of who I actually am, at this point. I left the team after giving a eulogy to my three closest friends... And A'Karo, who I believed had died in the line of battle facing one of the greatest threats the universe had ever faced. If I had some kind of plan to seize power, why would I have helped the Galactic Federation to form? Why wouldn't I have taken over what I used to govern?"
-
"That's your idea, not mine" She crosses her arms
-
He looks a little frustrated, "Look, point is, I'm on your side."
-
"Then prove it"
-
"How? Give me a task, and I'll complete it."
-
"Tell me who and what you are"
-
"My name is Ginger, and I am many things. I am a clone, for starters, and not even a human clone. My DNA was spliced with that of a human's, but I am mostly Choran. I joined the old Empire, which reigned over this galaxy for thousands of years, and during so I did many great and terrible things. Now, that Ginger but a figure of myth. The Galaxy now knows me as Matthew Hallwinter, a mysterious yet powerful associate of the Galactic Federation. Does that help?"
-
"Yes, it does"
-
"What about you? Why should I trust an entity that suddenly claims to be the warden of the ship?"
-
"I am Nova Ship Warframe and tactical AI, I run the ship in terms, I have control of it I tend to its many needs and wants, making sure it runs smoothly" Her voice fragments again at the end, something wasn't right with her
