Alright cry baby...I read this jumbled mess you call a rant, and..well, I can't find a reason to care about anything you wrote. I don't care about the microtransactions, more paid DLC, the game being cut up, etc. None of that I care about. It's stupid to devote this much time to whine about a video game. They cut up the game? Who cares? That's in the past, what's done is done. There's no need to post some rant about this. Microtransactions? Who cares? Let people spend their hard earned money on something for themselves. Paid DLC? Get over it, believe it or not, the company who made this game wants to do something called...make money! If you don't want to buy new content, then you should find a new game to play. You're crying over spilled milk, OP. Go find another game.

  • Companies make much more money, and a loyal fanbase, by doing business the normal way. Having the original game broke up into $100+ dollars worth of DLC is going past "making money" and more into "scamming your customers". The OP tries to address that. He's also trying to warn that while the past cannot be changed, the future can. He's trying to say that Bungie/Activision won't stop here, and not to keep falling for some false promise. And having to buy new content to play your OLD content is another shitty business tactic that I haven't even seen done before except by Activision. You're right, though. People can spend their money on what they want to. Let them, perfectly fine by me.
