Anyone else remember those Friday evenings? The ones that you would spend half an hour looking on the forums searching for a group that has a checkpoint at Atheon trying to push him off. "Max Warlock with solar Grenades" - the magic words to get an instant invite. Of course, everyone had to be at least level 27 (if I remember correctly) to join. I can still remember the final run I made with my group of pals to try to push that bastard time lord off the edge. The Vex Mythoclast a myth, a legend that only the best had. The thirst for this gun drove every player to just make that one. last. run. I remember the constant screaming of joy after [b][u]5 hours[/u][/b] of constant playing. One of my closest friends, who was completely useless at the time, just wiped every time so he wouldn't interfere with our game plan. You can probably already guess who got the God of all guns.... After beating the shit out of a pillow and screaming enough curse words to make Satan cry, I remember telling my friend (around a year ago) "You know, I'm not that mad. In a few months or so I'll be wiping my ass with Mythoclasts." I've had a total of 8 I think. Basically this post was made just to bring back some old memories of the original destiny. The one that I couldn't wait to come home from school and get online with my friends and play. The one that no other game could compare with. The one that made cheese more that just a food. I just can't play TTK. I "beat" destiny once. I had everything. I was a God. I am wondering if anyone else feels this way about TTK. That it is too much. I am wondering if anyone else had the same experiences as me and if anyone misses the old destiny.
