The retailer from which you preordered the game will be your primary contact for this issue.
You can try contacting Sony, as the code is a PSN code. If you are receiving an error with the code, they might be able to help.
Unfortunately though, Bungie is unable to do anything in this case, as Bungie has no visibility of your purchase history, and the retailer you preordered from is responsible for code distribution.

Well I already contacted the retailer and they refer me to Bungie to assist with this issue. I'll to speak with Sony support to see how this goes.
