I know my problem lies in that I rush. I have no patience I just run up and start blasting and I get focus fired by the other team. Can't help it , old habits from mw2. It's why I'll never go flawless , I'm just not good at it.

Cod 4 & mw2 hammmered that crap into my playstyle too. The thing with destiny is that engaging and surviving is more important than engaging and killing.

Anyone can get better. You just need to be patient and make incremental progress with your game style. I was a former halo and cod player prior to destiny and I can definitely say the crucible was frustrating as hell at first. Keep a "growth mindset" and start setting small process oriented goals and I'm positive you'll start seeing improvement. Also be realistic about your expectations.
