  • Jesus Christ, the historical man, was a Jew born in Bethlehem (Either Jerusalem or Galilee) which is part of Isreal. This means he would have had brownish skin (think Natalie Portman if you're not familiar with Israelis), brown eyes, and curly hair. The current depiction of Jesus Christ is based upon Caesar Borgia (A fair-skinned, Italian man) a Cardinal in the Catholic church about 550 years ago. His father became Pope and hired an artist to create a painting of Jesus in his son's image.

  • And also he is always depicted as skinny but he was probably kind of muscular because he was a carpenter
