Pretty sure most toys being sold are made in Asia, and that takes up about a 3rd of the world's landmass, majority of Christan nations celebrate some form of Christmas, takes up a little less than a third, so just about 2/3ds give a shit! Awwww yeah! The world has 2 dominant religions! Christians and Muslims!
