Did you have the quest? Might be able to get the exotic still without the leggy, can't get the leggy back unless you make a new guy though

I have the part 5 of the exotic sword quest... Had a level 296 legendary sword and dismantled ... So can i get a exotic one by doing part 5 or no ? (kill alaktul and the other one in 30 sec)

Should be fine. As long as you got the quest none of the parts after the pve and pvp sword kills parts require a sword. Even if they do you can use any sword, so other exotics and legendaries.

I would think so yes, you don't have to kill him with the sword or anything
