Strangers rifle--> exotic
Ever think the strangers rifle will get bumped to exotic? I think it should. Give it a perk like every shot has a chance to return ammo directly to the mag. Name it something timey since its assumed she's from the future. Thoughts?

So if you wanted Fate of All Fools because of the stats and perks, you get Jade Rabbit. If you want an exotic that LOOKS like stranger's rifle and is still a pulse rifle and all that, there's "No Time to Explain" Simple.
