I absolutely agree. I think everyone should be able to play this game without being subjected to offensive, racist, homophobic or discriminatory Clan names. The fact that Bungie offers no clear way to report such ignorant behaviour shows a deep lack of respect for its community.
Especially as the first line of the "Bungie.Net Code of Conduct" is:
1) Treat everyone with respect.
