Hi,
The emblems are not awarded from the "Path of .." Subclass quests. When TTK launched each character will have received one new quest requiring PvP kills with certain subclass abilities.
Hunter starts with throwing knife kills in PvP
Titan starts with Storm fist kills in PvP
Warlock starts with energy drain kills in PvP.
Completing one subclass quest unlocks the next for each class
