I think it's because the majority of Destiny players live in North America and follow the Christian faith. Many people dislike the Idea of a Ramadan holiday due to all of what's happening in the Middle East. There are a very few Middle Eastern Destiny Players and the Muslims really don't have a very good standing with the rest of the world due to what they have done. Constantly trying to enforce Shariah Law and overall an Islamic Government across the world hasn't gone well with the other major religions. Not to say all Muslims are bad, but the fact that quite a few of them around the world are complete fanatics that it has caused many parts of the world to take a disliking to them.
