Yes, Bungie please fix this.
Also, we should always feel like we are progressing. Getting a 310 harrowed drop is terrible - we already got 310 drops from normal mode. Who thought it was a good idea to have hard mode drops be RNG from 310-320? Honestly, hard mode drops should be between 315-320 or even better - 318-320.
Bungie make it happen.
