Unfortunately, I got hit by the same bug, I was carefully checking all the rolls deciding which gun to get. Then my Omolon Foundry Order gained a yellow box with a mysterious Cross button. I tried going to orbit and back and then I tried pressing Cross. The foundry order disappeared. RIP in peace 2500 Glimmer. EDIT: I managed to capture the glitch happening, which happens around 1:05. the first minute you see me (in fast forward) flipping through my gunsmith orders by pressing circle to inspect what gun to get using the circle button. Then at 3:01 I notice the Cross button (x) then press it. With disastrous results.
