As I understand it, he first must be reported by another member in order to gain the interest of the ninjas. From there, the Ninjas make a judgement based on the content of the reported submission. Should it fail to meet the standards of the CoC, it is removed/hidden. Repeat offenders receive suspensions/bans.
Perhaps Sols should learn how to conduct a discussion without being disrespectful to others?
On some topics I agree, and on others I may disagree, but overall I can't hold him in high regard. Generally he makes a good argument for his opinion, and words it well, but then in the comments, he turns into a completely different person. Anyone who digs deep enough can find examples of evidence. Which is normal. Trolls press the right buttons and it gets frustrating, but apparently he's "offended" the wrong people, and the reports/bans are flying.
Personally, I believe we should be free to speak our minds, regardless of how vulgar or cruel our words may be. Toughen up, buttercups. Outside of spam/porn/death threats, why do we need rules restricting our speech?
Oh yeah...
Personally, I believe we should be free to speak our minds, regardless of how vulgar or cruel our words may be. Toughen up, buttercups.
I'll disagree and agree with you. Sols talks Destiny, trolls go in talking Sols. There's nothing worse than people who talk crap and then hit report when they get it right back. Too many cowards with keyboards to be honest. I'll agree that we should be allowed to speak or minds. The forums should be able to police themselves of most crap outside of the extreme examples you listed, but we've got ninjas saying they ban on intent. It's like people who read tone of voice into text messages, you can infer anything you want in your head, still doesn't make it true.
