Hi, I'm Millenium_Milk, founder of Alliterate Soldiers, Alliterate Soldiers II and Illiterate Soldiers. Soon to be Founder of several other clans which will follow the same format as Alliterate Soldiers has. As I'm only on the PS4, I will need people to run these clans under my guidance, following the same structure as what I have already. The people willing to become admins will need to spend a few hours of there time a week to ensuring everything is running smoothly and dealing with enquiries from the clan's members! You will need to be level headed and able to deal with people of all calibres! Every clan under the Army of Prose alliance/collective will be home for mature players, non elitist and hopefully somewhere members will enjoy be a part of! Every clan will be limited to 100 clan members, a second clan will be created in the event a clan becomes full. No more will be added after this as the limit to our chat rooms is 200 people! Here's what each clan will provide to it's members, and require an admin to be the main responsible person to run each of these. [b]Recruitment Administrator[/b] - Responsible for ensuring the clan is visible by creating recruitment posts and ensuring new members are integrated into the clan seamlessly. You will be responsible for ensuring new members find their way and are able to feel they can fit in the clan with prejudice, often giving advice on how to best fit into the group. [b]Community Administrator[/b] - We use an app called GroupMe as a main way of communicating between members, it can be downloaded onto any smart device or desktop pc and is a requirement for any prospective clan member to sign up to. We create seperate chat rooms for raid teams to use, plus it's useful for members to find others for activities! You will be responsible for ensuring people that are in the groupme chat are clan members (or at least signing up to become one) and to deal with members in the chat for what ever reason (sometimes to issue out temp or permanent bans from the chat / Clan). You will also help oversee that events are published in the events calendar or that others know how to. Every clan will have its own chat room. You will also over see the group's wall and forums from time to time to uphold the Peace within the community. [b]Raids Administrator[/b] - We like to have weekly raid Teams set up in place, the person taking on this role will be solely responsible for ensuring team rosters in the forum are updated as and when people join the teams, ensuring a team is set up to best fit other member's play time (including multiple timezones). You will have to quickly get accustomed to the different timezones in the world and helping members to be placed into the correct groupme chat room for their raid group(s). [b]Activities Administrator[/b] - Each clan will be signed up to destinyclanwars.com, they run two events a week usually. It will be this person's role to keep the clan updated to what activities are currently running, who were the top contributors in an event that has ended and helping to get the clan's members involved in these activities. You will have an account that you set up on the website and will need to sign into your account at least once a week to keep the clan active to be entered into the events. [b]General Administrators[/b] - These are needed to help with general running of the clan, sometimes taking on the roles above to assist the clan's members. Sometimes taking on the responsibility more wholly depending on timezone differences of you and the Admins who carry out the above mentioned roles. [b]Head Administrator[/b] - You will need to have leadership experience already, as this role will require you to be the main figurehead of your clan. This can be a time consuming role, the more time you put in, the better the clan can run. You will be helping out with all the above roles and more. In time you will recognise your members and those that have potential to add something more to the clan. Either by raising a member to Admin level, or by making someone a champion in a particular field due to their commitment to helping out others above themselves. [b]The clans that will require admins are: - Assonant Soldiers (PS3 18+) Illiterate Soldiers (PS3 admins required, under 18s) Polyphonic Soldiers (Xbox1 18+) Monophonic Soldiers (Xbox360 18+) Heterophonic Soldiers (Xbox1 & Xbox360, under 18s) Please message me either privately or here if you'd like to become an admin, please include a little about yourself, which role you're interested in and for which clan/system.[/b] I will be present as a figurehead to help with the initial set up of each clan, and to make sure they are running the way I'd like them to be. In time, you the admins, will take helm of the clan and ensure it's future success!
