The NCPA: A sub-RP for JotE

We dont stand on the side of the Al'isni, or the NHF, or even the Linear Alliance. We stand on the side of the cluster. We are the NCPA, New Cluster Protection Agency. Our roots go all the way back to the 13000's, back when Rogue NR agent Arnold Hallow stumbled upon Safehaven and founded the Vortex Defense Agency (VDA). It continued all the way through the next thousand years, up to the point where we changed our name to the New Cluster Defense Agency. We took to protecting the starcluster against all threats, which gives us a nice and heavy jurisdiction. Now we float through the cluster, on our spaceship/station, the [i]Copernicus[/i]. Its a 20 km long colossus, capable of going 100 times the speed of light (during warp). Teleporter hubs line the hallways, allowing quick mobility in the giant. Its a good ship, installed with a large line of weapons and defense systems. As a backup, the Ion cannons added on the top and both sides of the ship can emit EM waves, disabling enemy ships and leaving them struggling for power. We are usually accompanied by our 100 smaller ships, each only about 1km long. We are acknowledged as one of the fiercest powers in the cluster, due to our wide range of abilities.
