As a fan of the work your guys do, thank you so much for helping us all out with this sort of thing. I know it's a job and all but you guys have to put up with a lot so on behalf of the fans, thank you we all appreciate it.

Well you learn something new every day. Still doesn't explain why my app is showing my races and classes incomplete same with places and I have gone well over the kills I need.

Are you on android? With the android version, the cards with tiers (or some category cards that have sub-cards with tiers) won't show a "complete" bar at the bottom, even if you have achieved all 3 tiers. If you look on the website, it will display the full bar.
