Hello, I am having an issue with connecting. After character selection it pops "You have lost connection..your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed,profile signed elsewhere" PS+ active, licenses retstored, ps4 restarted, sign out/in to psn. Issue persists. Any advice?

i just loged in my game and i didnt do anything but i got a replay from bungie saying to clear out my cache u can fint the post on the Help All forum and follow the instruction from there

So I did what I supose to do and the result is none. Looked in forums in reddit etc. but couldn't find anything but log in/out restore licences clearing cache.
