The first step to moving or removing a thread starts with finding the edit function. That's found using the [•••] button on mobile whilst PC has it's own button for editing. To remove you just delete all the tags this thread has. Moving it requires either adding in a new tag for a different subforum after deleting the old one, or using the special change subject function if you're on PC.
