Maybe the original quest line is in the abandon quest kiosk? Another option to get a new sword is simply make a new character. Oh but you probably can't complete the exotic sword quest on that character unless you initiated it before dismantling the Sol edge. (If you did initiate it prior to deleting you'll need another sword to complete it but doesnt have to be the original)
