Always been able to buy planet materials, even before legendary marks lmao.
I literally only used Crucible marks to buy planetary materials. Was slightly salty about the separation, but seeing as I only really f[b]u[/b]cks with Dead Orbit, Vanguard, and Cryptarch it doesn't really matter.

As far as I remember, you were not able to buy materials since day1. Later you could buy them, but still it was kinda expensive. Tons of players running around planets getting materials. Now it's all about "Bungie! give us everything each day we log in because we paid for game!" Won't fight on this forum, no point, too many lazy players in Destiny Community since it become so famous game. Lolz ;D
