Thorn will [i]always[/i] be useful in PvP 95% of the time. It will never "die." It exists in Destiny's ecosystem, therefore it will [i]always[/i] exist in the ecosystem, no matter what happens with Light Levels. And, because of that, Thorn's existence is entirely separate to the issues I'm trying to address. EDIT: Also, Thorn was already [i]nerfed[/i], as it stands, so even if it's usefulness WAS dictated by Light, I'd [i]still[/i] disagree with you. :P
