I have a long day in college. It has its niche. It's great for one on one engagements like in Rumble. It's also good for flanking in Inferno because you time your shots without others seeing you on the radar. Additionally, it's great for Gunslingers because the gun is about precision kills and Gunslingers have two different buffs from precision kills. Overall, the gun is very high risk high reward. You miss the first few shots you're dead.
