This is so bloody -blam!-ing simple to fix it. You wanna reduce the amount of weapon parts drop because some players have a ton of it? Fine. I'm completely ok with it. But what about players who have used up alot of parts for reforging and donated to faction? First you gave us options to spend the extras away and then you nerf the drop rate. Just allow gunsmith to sell 30 weapon parts for 10 legendary marks and this issue will be solved.
