And guns have certain good perks. If it don't have the perks you like don't upgrade it. If it has good perks and scope use it to find out if you upgrade the damage. How hard is that?

Now thats you personally most of my guns come with decent perks and i tend to level them up all the way it just seems like i never have the parts
