I'm hurting so bad right now, I have 0 weapon parts and 0 armor materials as a day one player. Is that my fault? Of course, but if someone told me all my HoW re-rolled weapons were going to be obsolete I would not have bothered wasting the 1,000++ of each I had. Now, I'm in a situation where I have leveled up legendary and exotics and have to grind just for the materials so for the love of god sell these two things. I currently have 2 Helmets, arms, chest and legs I cannot fill the nodes in because it's taking an eternity to get the mats and while yes I can go to court of oryx why the -blam!- should I have to do that every time when this game consumes so much time as it is.. You have to practically dedicate your first born now to upgrade stuff I swear it's one step forward 3 back with these idiots. Why not just require the experience to level up the node and then fill it for free once it's up but noooooooooooooo have the time sink of armor and weapon materials just for play time.

Part of me thinks Bungie wants to see the Year 1 weapons GONE. One easy way to do that... Make the materials in them worth their weight in gold (or silver) :XD Was one part short last night from an upgrade as I stared at my VoC in my vault. It got left there I will not break that VoC down I really don't care how bad I need a weapon part. That is the only year 1 I have left and it's going nowhere.

Bro if you play a lot your going to run out of costs 10 each for one infuse so if you infusing a lot of things you'll run out quick

What do you do when playing? I can only assume that a crucible only player might have a hard time having enough parts. If you play other stuff, you should have an amount that is proportional to you new items.

I play everything, PvE and PvP but as I said I spent all my mats in HoW looking for perfect rolls not having a clue my weapons and armor would be garbage within 3-4 months.

Sucks. I turned all mine in for rep at the start of TTK. I keep only about 75 on me at a time. I have no issue from getting them from the blues i get in raids/strikes/crucible play.
