This is not a good enough reason to reduce the number of parts we get. It's like reducing worldwide food production because a few have too much food, while some are starving. Stupid.
further adjustments may be in order?
This is not a matter of if adjustments are in order, it is a matter of adjustments are needed. No one thought they had too many parts and wanted to have less.
Bump until Bungie clearly get the message.
Edit: We're trending, gw people. Keep up the bumping. Make your own post on the issue. Whatever we have to do to make sure that every time a Bungie employee checks the forums, the first thing they lay their eyes on is a "weapons parts issue" post.

So I find that this game is alot better if you stop grinding and play in spurts. Just enjoy the gun mechanics and getting to shoot at shit. There isn't enough time in the day to do everything there is to do in Destiny. Maybe when I was younger but as an adult with a life and responsibilities it's impossible. That being said I've got close to 400 hours in this game which I realize isn't alot in comparison to most day one folks, but I should never run out of weapon parts and yet I'm down to 40. How the eff does that even happen. Talk about BS. I definitely think TTK was an improvement but Bungie does like to show you how much of your time they like to waste if you take their game seriously. Hundreds of hours grinding to get weapons upgraded and then blam a new DLC comes out and it all becomes worthless. WTF???
