Yes, why should you get more just because you chose to spend more. Rerolling was the biggest waste. I tried it twice and never touched it again. Others spent everything they had on that one great roll. I did without the benefit of good rolls, all of you with the good rolls can do without the benefit of having weapon parts. Seems fair to me.
