I am, I often use them
-
Because they dont run sidequests and taking that weapon thats a 297 and infusing it to a 298 to increase their light score. Dopes.
-
I've used 1800 since ttk launched. Just on guns.
-
I find now just doing simply patrols gives a shitload of engrams lately. Now, they're all useless, but to break them down for parts they're ok.
-
It takes 10 parts per infusion. If people want a wide selection of viable guns they will be infusing a lot (3-4 times per gun at my guess).
-
I get plenty or Armor mats because i get armor like nobodies business. Weapons dont drop as much.
-
Because too many people are too lazy to step out of the crucible for an hour or so and run a few strikes. "I don't want to run the same repetitive strikes." Well, then don't complain that you are low on part when they aren't at all hard to get.
-
What you are describing is grinding for the sake of grinding. Idk - Why not make 1 universal 'parts' for weapons and armor? I have plenty of armor mats - should bungie lower that drop rate, too?
-
I rarely play crucible. Mostly raids, strikes, patrols. And I'm always crazy low on weapon parts.
-
I get so many engrams from court of oryx as well. That's a good way to get armor materials and weapon parts.
-
That's if you don't get a 10 to 1 ratio of armor to weapon drops. I'm flooded with armor drops. RNG for me had a chokehold on weapon parts for me.
