I got the 4 ghosts from the heroic ,and turned the ghost into the future war cult and I pledged allegiance to her but I never got the quest for the "no time to explain" can you please help fix this

U get the quest the second time you do it so if u did it the first time u get the quest so if this was ur first time doing it u have to wait till next time it's the daily like me

If you turned in the ghost that day you have to wait, maybe to reset?
