I bet you are one of the few people who would ever disagree with me about this. Parents instill your core values, for better or worse. Also, it's mostly children acting like this. You, yourself, are a prime example of this.

Parents have a key role yes. But they are not the deciding factor in how a child turns out. I bet you had great parents. Too bad for them you turned out as you did. They have my pity.
