It wasn't in Year 1 . To clarify TIMED EXOTICS are fine but with Sleeper Simulant & possibly NTTE
it is blink & opportunity is missed for an uncertain timescale.
RNG was pants & the quests etc acquiring an exotic is a positive. These random quests that are pulled aren't.
Simple as that really.
