I've had an exotic engram atleast once every week since 2.0 after this patch was the first time no one! I mean no one got an exotic. I call bs. More like more chance for a legendary which I guess means less chance of an exotic. It's annoying as hell.

Exotic engrams don't drop from the flayers. They count as majors, not ultras.
