[b][u]Lurking Evil [/u][/b]
The whole ship's lights flicker at once, the ship stops working, broken in space. It was cold, miserable and things were flying around.....but there was still gravity? The lights turn off, with a scream heard down the hall. Running through the darkness, seeing nothing but the occasional face in the pitch black environment, you come to trip over something and into a wall that's......wet? A gooy ooze leaks from the took of the ceiling, it's not runny enough to be blood and it's to thick to be water. The lights turn back on, still flickering. You look around, seeing no one but a woman with long, wirey hair standing, looking down in your direction. You look down at what you tripped over, it's a body. Probably not your first, but still. The slit throat and dead look in the man's eye give it an erie, dark feeling. Turning, you see dark green ooze leaking from the ceiling, it's what you tripped into. You hear a scream, and by instinct, turn around. The woman you saw down the hall stands in front of you with a bloody steak knife.

He nods. "So I'm bait, then?

"If you want to be. But I still have no clue how to stop it."

"There's gotta be a body or something on board."

"There is. Wanna go check it out? I didn't feel like sticking around too long after..." [b]He looks at his wound.[/b] "Yeah..."

"Not what I meant by body, but sure." He stands.

"Oh, you meant the girls body? I haven't even I.D.'d her yet, and even if I did, we're on a ship. There's no graves here."

"What if she's not in a grave?" He smirks, sipping his beer.

[b]Cygnus walks out of the hangar, and is promptly greeted by this unusual sight. Cygnus' eyes widen a little bit, and readies her sword..[/b]

The woman moves blindingly fast towards her, almost like a glitch in a computer. She raises the blade to strike her with the blade.

The woman swings, missing. She disappears from thin air, reappearing behind you. She puts a hand on your shoulder and goes to stab you.

She doesn't respond. Dean comes out of his room as this was just happening down the hall. He has a shotgun in his hand, loaded with rocksalt rounds. He fires into the ghost and it disappears.

[b]Cygnus turns to look at Dean, seemingly unshaken by what just happened.[/b] "Hmm...does this happen often?"

"You'd be suprised."

[b]Cygnus sighs.[/b] "Anyway, my name's Cygnus. Thanks for helping out."

"I'm Dean. No problem." He gets back into his room and closes the door.
