I will ask you nicely on a date. I will bring you flowers, and pick you up at a reasonable time. I will ask your father for permission and will accept the fact if he denies. I will not pier pressure you into anything you don't want to do. We will go out to dinner, and have a lovely conversation. I will then take you out for ice cream, then return you home within the time limit your father has set. If you wish to kiss, that is fine, but I will not force you into anything. I will then walk you up the stairs to your door, and bid you goodnight. Brownie points for being a gentleman? Not sure how this fits into destiny, but let your imagination wonder.
