I don't think many of you understand. The "well it's RNG, deal with it or stop playing" brigade. You people are utter morons, a significant part of weekly events have literally no point to them. The XP/Rep buff is gone and the drops are still shit. The nightfall is 90% a complete waste of time. Yet this is ok to you?
Edit: People still don't get it, you can just BUY three of coins. Why perform a weekly activity when it's going to give you easily obtained consumables? What is the point in making it a nightfall at all when you get better gear from just doing heroic strikes. Consumables shouldn't be in the loot table, neither should strange coins unless it's going to be a lot.

Some just have more luck than others. I got 310 suros and Monte Carlo. A buddy I ran it with got 20 strange coins both times he ran it. Drops have improved from what I've seen though. I've seen far more higher light gear since this patch was implemented

All I got was a 291 class bond :( I am 307. I did see 14 three of coins as a reward however so there is promise

Yeah, I have stopped doing the Daily, Heroic and NF strikes, not really a point to do them, if you are light level 295+

Every week, I've had an exotic or two. At least 1 310 a week. 5 ToC (common) or 10 strange coins(common) basically grant another exotic. Hmm. So, lots of exotics?

I was the highest level. Of the rewards received, 2 ghost shells and a warlock bond. Mine was the lowest. The warlock bond dropped at 308, for the lowest level char. I am 307 and got a 294 shell. My equipped shell is 308. And 1 strange coin. Improved my ass.

4 RepliesWhat did you expect a 100% chance at an exotic? Do people forget that year 1 nightfall rewards were terrible most of the time too? So you do 1 nightfall and that's enough to decide if the system is better or not? Try again after 1 month.

Well the NF used to only give you 5. So yeah, the rewards are technically twice as good.
