Unless those using it are godly at scout rifles across all maps, the touch of malice has one flaw: as you get down to the last bullet and your health is depleting, any engagements whilst in this situation will always result in both you and the enemy dying or the enemy easily killing you. Thus, it's pretty -blam!-ing useless if the user never lives to tell the tale after using the gun on an enemy and this barely occurs too. Don't worry, it's not the new thorn or Felwinter's Lie dude. There are far more better PvP guns than the ToM.
